Helping schools respond with confidence, not just control

Behaviour in schools is becoming more complex. Elevate helps school teams move beyond reactive management by asking better questions — and building approaches that actually last.

Elevate provides specialist behaviour support training and consultancy for schools, colleges and education settings. We help school teams understand behaviour, respond safely to distress, reduce the need for restrictive practice, and build confident, consistent approaches that protect both pupils and professionals.

Our work is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, safeguarding awareness, and real-world experience supporting people with complex behavioural presentations.

Whether your school needs a one-hour consultation, a focused training session, a full-day workshop, a multi-day programme, or practical support following a specific concern, Elevate designs a bespoke package around your setting, your pupils and your priorities.

The questions we help schools ask

  • What is this behaviour communicating?
  • What need is currently unmet?
  • What is happening before the behaviour occurs?
  • How can we adapt the environment and our communication?
  • How do we keep everyone safe without escalating distress?
  • How do we support pupils after incidents in a way that repairs and restores?

Behaviour support built for international school contexts

International schools face unique pressures — academic excellence, pupil wellbeing, safeguarding, cultural diversity, high staff turnover, and parent confidence, often across multiple campuses.

Elevate provides practical, English-language behaviour support training that is culturally responsive, adaptable to your setting, and grounded in PBS — helping school teams move beyond reactive discipline.

Where competitors offer fixed trainer-certification packages, Elevate works directly with your school — adapting to your cultural context, your curriculum, and your specific pupil needs.

Frequently asked questions

Can you come to our school in person?
Yes — Elevate delivers in-person training and consultation across the UK and internationally. Travel costs are discussed as part of your bespoke quote. Online and blended delivery is also available for schools that prefer it or are based overseas.
We're an international school — can Elevate still help us?
Absolutely. Elevate has specific experience supporting international and private schools, including those in Asia. Training is delivered in clear professional English and is adapted to your local cultural context, curriculum and safeguarding expectations.
How long does training typically take?
Every package is bespoke. Options range from a single one-hour consultation or targeted session, through to half-day, full-day, three-day and five-day programmes. Jordan will recommend what makes most sense for your school's needs and priorities after an initial conversation.
Is this suitable for primary schools as well as secondary?
Yes. Elevate works with primary, secondary, specialist provisions, colleges and international schools. Training is always tailored to the age range, pupil needs and staff context of your setting.
We've had training before that didn't stick — how is this different?
Most training fails because it isn't connected to the real challenges a school faces. Elevate builds every programme around your setting, your pupils and your team. Follow-up coaching, observation, reflective practice and support plan development are all available to help embed learning over time — not just on the day.
Does the training include physical intervention or restraint?
Breakaway and personal safety training is available as part of Elevate's offer — but it always sits within a wider framework of prevention, de-escalation and safeguarding. Safety responses are taught carefully, ethically and proportionately. Elevate does not promote or lead with physical intervention as a solution.
How much does it cost?
Because every package is bespoke, Elevate provides tailored quotes based on your school's needs — including number of delegates, length of training, topics covered, location and whether ongoing consultancy is required. Get in touch for a no-obligation initial conversation and quote.
